1) Scope
This policy implements 17 U.S.C. §512 for alleged copyright infringements involving our services, including links, summaries, or other information location tools. We respond to compliant notices and may remove or disable access to material. Nothing here limits our ability to address other legal issues via our global notice process.
2) Designated Agent

Address: 3801‑C3.D037, 38th Floor, Tamouh, Addax Port Office Tower, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Email: frontlinenews.app@gmail.com

Please do not send other inquiries to this address; only DMCA notices/counter‑notices.
3) How to Send a DMCA Notice
To request removal or disabling of access, your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material to be removed or disabled and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL or in‑app path).
- Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone).
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
We may forward your notice (including your contact information) to the user who posted or provided the material.
4) Counter‑Notice (Restoration Request)
If your material was removed or access was disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter‑notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before removal or disabling of access.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of (i) the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person’s agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter‑notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material in our discretion.
5) Repeat‑Infringer Policy
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts or access for users who are repeat infringers. As a baseline, we apply a three‑strike policy within a rolling 12‑month window, with immediate action possible for egregious cases. We maintain internal logs of notices and actions.
6) Standard Technical Measures
We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures widely recognized for identifying or protecting copyrighted works, to the extent required by §512.
7) Reservation of Rights
We may remove or disable access to content at our discretion, with or without notice, and without any admission of liability. Our policies do not limit our ability to pursue other remedies or to address other legal or policy violations. We may modify this policy at any time.
